RosTechNadzor discontinued to issue Permits of use for the equipment

According to Federal Law of the Russian Federation №22 “On amendments being made to the Federal Law “On industrial safety of production site” and other legal acts of Russian Federation, the RosTechNadzor discontinued to issue Permits of use for the equipment. In other words such document as Permit of use ceases to exist and is replaced by Industrial Safety expertise.

Basically such permits were substituted by the procedure of compulsory quality compliance to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. It is acknowledged either by a Certificate or Declaration of conformity. But one should bear in mind that this documents only verify the quality correspondence of the goods to the statutory requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union.

The only document valid to acknowledge the quality of the goods according to the rules of the RosTechNadzor is an Industrial Safety Expert Conclusion recorded in the Register of the RosTechNadzor in conformity with the laws of the Russian Federation.
