Flowmeters

Flowmeters are used in various industries to measure fluids and gases. Depending on their unique features they may require different types of approvals.

Flowmeters  require a Pattern approval certificate. This document is to confirm that the measuring capability of the device is in accordance with Russian standards. 

If a flowmeter is used in hazardous sites, RosTechNadzor approval is also required.  Even though it is not applicable for the customs clearance, Federal Inspection authorities may require the document in order to confirm that the equipment is safe to use and constitutes no threat of emergency situations.

If a flowmeter operates in explosive environments, a certificate of conformity with TR CU "On safety of the equipment for work in explosive environments" (ТR СU 012/2011) is required. For more information send us an enquiry.
