Certification of switches

Switches used in explosive environments require a certificate of conformity with the Technical Regulations  of the Customs Union  "On safety of the equipment  operating in explosive environments" (ТR СU 012/2011).

In order to obtain a certificate according to TR CU 012/2011  it is necessary to arrange for site audit, when the expert will study manufacturing processes, internal working documentation,  a testing of the equipment subject to certification may be conducted. After that a production study protocol is issued on the basis of which an expert makes a conclusion whether the equipment in question meets the EAC requirements.

Scheme of certification TR CU 012/2011  provides for annual inspection control.  Inspection control is effected to reaffirm that the quality of the goods is in compliance with the statutory requirements during the whole period of certificate’s validity. Sometimes it is necessary to rearrange a site audit or to test samples again.
