1) Use Line №1 (Red) of Moscow underground to get to Vorobievy Gory metro station

2) Exit from the last carriage of the train out of the city center. (Exit to Luzhnetskaya nabarezhnaya – Лужнецкая набережная)

3) Use the escalators and turn right (exit through the glass doors)

4) Go straight ahead for about 10-15 minutes alongside the river bank.

5) When you have reached a bridge crossing your way, turn left. You will see a red four-floor building. On its corner there is a sign with number three.

All previously issued certificates of conformity are to be replaced by Certificates/Declarations of Conformity with TR CU "On safety for wheeled vehicles” prior to 1 July, 2016.

The certification process for clothing, bags and accessories has changed since 1st of July 2018 in terms of tests in the accredited laboratory.It means that the Certificate or Declaration of Conformity can be issued only after the tests of samples on the territory of the Customs union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia).

In November 2016 Rosaccreditation (the Federal Service for Accreditation) was reported to join APLAC/ILAC association that unites laboratories of Asia Pacific countries. Since then, Russian accreditation system has successfully passed a series of audits, inspections and legislation revisions conducted by international expert group.

On June 21 the Eurasian Economic Commission, CEN (European Committee for Standardization), CENELEC (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization) signed a joint Memorandum of Understanding in Edinburgh, UK.
