Belarus is a state-member of the EAC Customs Union. That means that EAC (TR CU) certificates/declarations are valid in this country, however, you may need to ensure product conformity with national Belarus standards: BELGOST, Metrology Approvals, Hygiene, Fire-Safety and etc.
